A great place to stay for old town St Augustine.
A nice pool for chilling, before going out on the town.

Having no staff on site isn’t ok.
Check in was confusing. They changed from an app to text message check in, but never told us. Was told I would receive a text message to check in, but never did. I was nervous up until we actually got in our room.
Coffee bar was empty. Machine wasn’t working because it needed to be empty. No cups. No one to fill it.
Rooms were outdated. Modern, cool vibes with the wallpaper only to have an old bathroom, old tiles, old smelly AC.
The property has potential, but it lacks any of the warmth and service that would make it charming.
