The hosts were on pointe and in communication at all times. The cottage was absolutely adorable and with a full kitchen stocked with coffee, fresh fruit and farm fresh eggs. Everything was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. It is nestled in Historic Linconlville, a quaint and quiet neighborhood, a few blocks away from old town. Our pets were welcome, the yard is fenced in, and that was a plus. I would highly recommend this booking, and I plan on returning soon.
I am absolutely enamored with this cottage, I can't think of anything I did not like.

The location was great. The neighborhood is quite. They had fresh citrus and a press. I thought that was a nice touch.
I know it’s an old house. I get that. However it does have a weird smell. There were termites and tons of termite wings all over the house. They got into my suitcases. The floors were very dirty. My feet were black from walking barefoot. I only did that once. The furniture is dirty also. I had to cover the sofa and chair to feel comfortable. Again I know it’s pet friendly and that’s a wonderful thing but that doesn’t mean it has to be dirty. Oh and I found needles hidden between the towels in the bathroom
