The location is good; pretty close from city centre. The breakfast was good enough
Furniture inside the room could have been better looking. Food that is left from breafast should not be thrown into garbage bins, but used by farms in the area - to feed animals (hotel management can make additional profit that way)

The property is a great location, peaceful and quiet, except in the morning when cleaning people are being really loud right outside your door when you have a one year-old trying to sleep
We didn’t like that While it’s a clean location some of these stuff is not kept up with like scuffs on the walls dirt on the doors that it looks like it just hasn’t been painted over in a long time holes in the curtains, dents here and there, dirt stains, etc.

I like that there was a pool and that it was in a great location. You could walk to places if you wanted to very close to downtown where all the shops are and the different restaurants. It’s also a trolley stop so you can hop on and off there.

The lady at the check in desk had her son with her which was a little off putting. Our room experienced some issues with the toilet and I was simply given a plunger...no one came to see what the issue was or if it had been resolved. I paid $85 extra for the Chocolate covered Strawberries and Champagne package. The Champagne was terrible and the strawberries were watery. The card said Happy Anniversary, but we were there to celebrate our Marriage...we had just gotten married that day. Also, the couches in the room were very uncomfortable and we didn't have hot water on the last night of our stay. The outdoor sitting area was place to unwind. Overall the stay was fine, but we will not be coming back.
Better staff....more comfortable couches...better maintenance of the property
