Extremely dirty room, stained and ripped sheets. Smelled of marijuana and was extremely outdated with cobwebs everywhere. Length of stay about 20 minutes.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. From the moment we walked in, there was a foul odor that can only be described as “expired marijuana being covered by your grandmother’s handmade and regifted candle that smells of pine, basil and cherry.” The stench progressed to “hidden roach infestation & cotton candy vape juice” once we arrived on the second floor. We got into our room, where the toilet seat was held on by half of a screw, the door was missing it’s deadbolt, stains covered every INCH of the place, and the window looked like it was spit shined. The phone for the room was missing. half of the light bulbs were never replaced after being burnt out. We, exhausted from the late evening, decided to deal with it. We were just in need to rest and immediately leave in the morning. Out of everything, it could have provided a shelter for the evening. We, however, were not even granted the ability to sleep for more than 3 hours by our arrival. 3am, and the fire alarm got triggered for 0 reason. In another moment after the chaos, my party stood outside, waiting to figure out what happened. Another hotel guest, (with one of the rooms connected to the sidewalk,) heard us speaking by their door, opened it, was pissed at us, and slammed his door so hard that it bounced back open for him to repeat the action. I would have been pissed too if I had to stay a minute more in this hotel than I needed to. Needless to say, dear reader, run away.

the parking lot had many low life type of people wandering around, the room was old and the bed was old nasty and hard.

Although the check-in was okay, the room was a huge disappointment. It smelled like damp cat. The carpet felt dirty. The cable is limited. Why does the toilet sit so close to the floor? I felt like my knees were at my chin it was so low. Other than two small bars of soap, there were no amenities, and no hand towels - only 2 bath towels and one washcloth. The only redeeming thing was that the mattresses were a good firmness for us. Other than that, no thanks. We've stayed at Red Roofs before that were somewhat better than this, but are now crossing them off our list.

All hotels in area fully booked due to concert. Rates quadrupled normal weekend rate yet did not have staff to clean rooms in timely manner. Room not available for more than an hour past check in time so that we were unable to use room prior to concert. One person cleaning entire floor. If you are going to book the rooms be prepared with staff to clean them.

The woman at the front desk was very very nice. Check in was 2 they won’t check in early unless you want to pay $40 we arrived at 1:45 I wasn’t paying that for 15 minutes. At 2:00 there had to be 30+ people waiting to check in only 2 people doing check in it took about 30 minutes for us to check in which I understand however it could be much more streamlined. like maybe check people in then just have them come back at 2 for keys. I know there was a big concert and baseball game in town but it was still crazy to have rooms ready but won’t check in until 2 unless you pay $40. The room was a disaster the only lights that worked were the 2 small lights over the bed and the bathroom. The shower sprayed everywhere the floor got so wet it was ridiculous and the toilet only flushed after holding the handle for a full 60-90 seconds. I honestly didn’t care it was just a place to get dressed for the concert and sleep for a few hours. But I would not stay again. The area is not great it looked rundown.

Area is run down. Hotel is dated and hallway by rooms on third floor had a strong weed smell mixed with mustiness. Room was not clean with stains on wall and floor. White bedding was yellow tinted. Bathroom light didn’t work.

This was not in anyway what was advertised or what we had paid for and will be challenging all the payments. We were charged $40 for an early check in that got us into a “non-smoking” room the wreaked of smoke 25 minutes before our check in at 2. The carpet was coming up and looked like mold. The floor of the shower was disgusting and connected to the toilet / no divider. We had no towels or soap and half our pillows were missing. The check in staff kept telling us and other guests different information about check in time being 2 or 3 and lied to multiple guests including us about what they can and would do to fix things. We tried to get our room changed but the place was completely booked. The pictures are not at all what the place looks like.

Staff was friendly? And room was awful! The door was clearly kicked in at one point and lock was broke and trim was busted really bad. That should have been an immediate fix. Ceiling light was dangling like it was about to fall. Some lights didn’t work and gfi outlets didn’t work and busted. Stains on sheets and there was a substance all over the ironing board. The room wasn’t that clean at all. The neighbors toilet didn’t work. Other people were complaining about their rooms as well. That place needs some serious tlc. If we weren’t 4 hours away from home and had another option we would have left. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog.

The front desk was not prepared for check-ins, the room was very dirty and needed repairs. Half the lights didn’t work, no trash can, had to ask for wash cloths, stained sheets, broken down beds, chairs had holes, floor was so dirty we wore our shoes the whole time.

We checked in and got our room key. We unlocked our room and we looked to the right of the doorway. We see live cockroaches on the wall interior of the room! We said nope! Went to the front desk because no way are we staying in a cockroaches infested room and requested a refund, they said nope. Manager refuses to give the refund. Luckily rooms were available at a near by hotel and they had no cockroaches in the room.

One of the night clerks is very friendly and helpful. The Other clerk has a rather usual reaction to dogs in a motel listed as pet friendly. I stayed for a week with my dog. We left every dog by 6:30 and came back about 9:30 p.m. One day my Old Black Labrador came in without his leash. She told me the dog MUST be on a leash at all times. I said OK and held his collar. She continued to explain that if he didn't have his leash, she has the right to kick me OUT. Ok. Then she explained that she was making a note of the dog to avoid having the maid scared. I explained that we were gone by 6:30 am and didn't return until late and BTW the maid didn't come in ONCE in that week. I had to get soap and towels from the front desk. She told me it didn't matter. The dog must be leashed or she would have the police come take me out. I thought the whole approach was needlessly aggressive for a lab.

We now know Red Roof Inn uses stock pictures or we NEVER would have booked this hotel. It is mainly a residential hotel. Not maintained. Not clean. Stained sheets. Stained towels. Stained bathtub. Moldy bathroom ceiling. No glasses. Disgusting floor. Traveling with a Working Dog, who always sleeps on the floor- I commanded her o to the bed and would not allow her to lie on the floor. Extremely disappointed with Red Roof and Hotels.com.
