    The hotel met our expectations, it was clean, great location, friendly staff. The only critic was that it seem understaffed, they couldn’t deliver to our room due to lacking personnel. Our was made in the afternoon because the lady was too busy making other rooms, but other than that it was a great stay, ample rooms. I definitely would come back

    We have stayed here many times because it is close to our daughter's apartment and it is pet friendly.

    The hotel was fine. Clean. Comfortable. And the price was nice for it being a hotel in the heart of Philly. I was there to attend a The Met event and close to hotel just a ten minute Lyft ride. Bathroom had a small sink area and faced beds which I did not like but not where you would avoid booking. .Staff very friendly. No provided meals. But restaurant /cafe on premises.

    Showed up to our room and it wasn’t cleaned. We woke up with bites on our skin. The staff were awesome and the location was great. The cleanliness was horrible though.
