The room was much bigger than expected, nice area, nice decorations in the hotel.
Kettle in the room was a surprise. Not standard in the US, but much appreciated.
Wifi was extremely slow. Very strange for a city like Philly.
The room does need some maintenance. The bathroom had a lot of grout and silicone missing which is going to cause a leak. Easy fix, and it would look better for customers.

The location and area, decor, plenty of space, outdoor seating area, proximity to parking garage and great restaurants, quite and nice neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff, luggage storage availability.
It was hard to cool the room down enough for a good night's sleep at night with the small air condition unit in the living room only.
