room was spacious and nicely appointed.
bathroom was a bit worn down, could use a bit of restoration.

I was visiting a family member in the Penn rehab hospital. Literally 1 block from this property, so location was perfect! Great historic neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to Rittenhouse Square. Well equipped. Very nice staff. One unit I stayed in was spiffier than the other but both had everything I needed. Area felt very safe.
Can't think of anything!

Fantastic location, beautifully decorated and spacious room. Though we had a room with shared bathroom, this was not an issue at all as it was only shared with one other room and was conveniently located down the hallway. Breakfast was also good. Great value for money!
