    I made a last-minute reservation with my kids at the Franklin, and I was delighted by the space and care that the staff showed my children. I even got a chance to sneak away for a drink in the hidden bar! This is definitely a place I’ll return to.

    My husband and I chose to stay here the night before my surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. It was a wonderful experience. Great restaurants are within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

    My adult daughter and I were in town for a medical appointment and picked the best hotel. It was charming and perfectly located, and the staff was top notch. You won't be disappointed with a stay at The Franklin!

    Hotel is beautiful, unfortunately there is a speakeasy and the clientele is very noisy inside and outside on the street . The hotel’s windows can not block that noise . Otherwise, the hotel is very nice .
