The position, the free cool water charging station and the free beverages corner.
The room wasn’t cleaned properly, no effective vacuming so lots of crumbs on the carpet.

The hotel is centrally located in Center City. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable.
The hotel was a bit dumpier than I expected. The room was small and did not receive much natural light. Finishes were a bit dated.

Toilet didn’t flush properly and the plug in bathroom didn’t work. No bar.
