    very expensive breakfast, not testy the real cost is 42 usd and they asked for tips extra, Staff is rather not nice

    The hotel entrance closes at 11pm. We can’t get into the hotel when we arrive at 11:10. Nobody inside or outside help us. There were homeless people outside wandering around us. We will so scared. I was with my little daughter. The hotel did not have any emails or text messages telling me about this before we came. I asked my daughter to stay in the car for safety . I ran around the other stores asking for help. Nobody knew how I can check in. I stood on the street, shaking and crying. Finally I ran into a garage parking and they told me they can do valet parking for me and let me get into the hotel for $69. There was no choice for me but let them charge. But the next day, when I picked up my car, it took them half an hour to find my car. It was a terrible experience. I was scared and angry. The attitude of the lady in valet parking was also rude and impolite.

    Stayed here for 2 nights in the king suite. Upon arrival the front desk was nice enough to offer late checkout at 12pm instead of 11am. Very nice! We get to our room and it is evident it was a quick clean. Carpet not vacuumed, multiple hairs everywhere, etc. I asked for someone to come up and vacuum but no one was sent, and the next day when I requested housekeeping no one came. I would think the room would be spotless for the amount we paid. The location is okay, kind of down an alley and walking distance to shops, but there are closer hotels I’ve stayed in that are a lot nicer and closer to the action. Not a horrible stay, but wouldn’t stay here again.
