Front desk was very kind check in was super easy. However the rooms were pretty gross. Bathroom door was falling apart and didn’t close. Ashes or dry wall all over shower faucet. Stains on furniture. They only give you sheets to sleep with. Door to outside doesn’t lock.

The images do not match the property. It is not updated or well maintained. Floor was cracked up. Covers were stained, burn marks all over hot tub. Middle of bed sank in. I will not book again. In a good surrounding area though.

i had a seizure and taken by ambulance to royal oak beaumont i never stayed there and they said id be refunded my health obviously took away the 4 days but in no way should i be charged thats i can provide proof of everything and the hotel knows i wasnt there? its fraud and i almost died please with a heart refund me 5866100701 my mother number ive been in the hospital

The room pics, and the actual room were vastly different. Tub had visible grit in it. cracked/ missing parts of tiles. Walls had streaks. The room smell was awful. Clerk was burping when talking to us. Do Not Stay Here!

There were numerous bugs in our bathroom. Other guests complained about the same rhing. The toilet was not secured. Less than half the light's within the room worked. There were no drawers in the dressers, just an empry space were the drawers should have been at. The bed sheets on of the beds were dirty or hadnt been changed. The entire hotel smelled like weed throughtout the lobby and all hallways.

save yourselves!! don't be like me and miss the plethora of troubling reviews. my bf and I have stayed in some pretty questionable options... that being said, this place is in our Top 3 would Not stay again, not even if they paid us. it's not safe for any living being to be exposed to the toxic levels of filth. the sofa in the "suite with jetted tub" ... if the garbage dump could talk, it would be like "ewwwww, nope!!.. you better chuck that nastiness in a burn pile bc its beyond an acceptable level of crud to biodegrade with any dignity".

The only thing that was good about this property was the bed. The bed was super comfortable. Everything else was horrible they didn't have blankets not the good thick one nor the ugly brown ones, sockets was coming out the wall, the toilet paper roll thingy was coming out the wall, and the next morning I swear I saw a roach. The front desk lady was rude when I was trying to tell her about my key card and the pool. I will never go back to that place, and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place is absolutely horrendous. Hands down the grossest hotel ive ever walked into. Hallways are stained and smells like a sewer. Very pungent. The rooms are even worse! The smell is so bad, and the cleanliness was even worse. VERY VERY DISGUSTING!

the staff was not helpful it took me 3 hours to check-in because they kept showing rooms to people that where saying they where dirty and had bugs I left the same night had to clean my room and I woke up to begs biting me instantly asked for a refund was only refunded one night and I didn’t even stay 10 hours there, worst hotel I tried to stay at staff are helpful to there extent and are I was told if I didn’t like it get a refund and leave on arrival, thing is they can only refund one day if you buy online and that refund takes up to 15 days I was givin A vacuum and told I could clean to my liking after seeing bugs clear as day as me and the supervisor checked multiple rooms that had trash on the floor and where dirty I have videos as well Another thing on arrival I witnessed two people check out because of how bad the rooms where and they both bought the room the same day as me they have two sides one they keep clean that had all the deluxe rooms and the other which is the right side when entering zero stars never again and when I showed him the video of the bugs he didn’t believe me and almost excused me from the premises

Pool room was disgustingly dirty the floor tables and even the pool my kids were disgusted, asked why u bring us to this dump. We checked out as soon as we seen the roach crawling inside a picture hanging on the wall.

The bathtub needs repair had to shower standing in water because the pull up for the shower head to switch from bath to shower wouldn't pull up all the way. The sliding door handle was broken so it was difficult to open and close the sliding door. The pool room was dirty.

If you asked me honestly, “This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to,” I’d say yes. I travel a lot, even to third-world countries, and I’ve stayed in better hotels. The place was dirty and smelled of weed. It felt like I was in a Hood. The bathroom was like a public bathroom, and I don’t think they’ve cleaned it in ages. Flies were flying around the bed, and I think there were bed bugs as well. The roof was coming out, and it was the worst night of my life. It was a non-refundable room, so I had to stay the night. Even after letting Hotels.com know, they didn’t help me with that. It was a nightmare.

Internet was spotty throughout the entire hotel. Came across a spider and roach in my room, the tv was static on all channels and AC wasn’t blowing good air. On top of that, they weren’t telling other guest to keep it down. Kids running in and out the rooms almost knocked my 2 yr old in the pool cursing non-stop. It was a bad experience.

Didn’t have breakfast (I didn’t need it just saying) pictures don’t match rooms I could tell they cleaned but it was definitely a quick ok I’m done clean. It was good for my 2 day stay at the last minute. Staff was very nice and helpful. Time for a remodel.

I was showed three different rooms and each one was filthy. Mildew mold and cobwebs was the room I settled on because it was less to clean. Spent my night cleaning the tub the walls and the toilet. Plus cigarette burns was all around the Jacuzzi.
