Appallingly irresponsible - payment taken then accommodation cancelled. Avoid.
Booking was cancelled due to 'double booking' one hour before I was due to leave for the airport despite second payment having been taken just two days earlier.
Alleged double booking coincided with a general strike. No accommodation was available in Brussels below 1000euros on Tuesday 14th October forcing me to spend hours online finding different accommodation for each night of my stay, including halfway to Antwerp, instead of preparing for a series of international meetings.

Overall the stay was a lot more unpleasant due to door.
It was clean.
The entrance door was broken and very difficult to open. Several times people from the restaurant next door, had to help me open the door. Very dangerous at night.

El lugar céntrico a bruselas, se puede ir andando al centro de bruselas minutos. O en autobús que se encuentra en la esquina. Ninguna queja parte mía. Si fuera otro día lo volvería alquilar

Buona la posizione, ma poco confortevole e accogliente.
Ciò che ci è piaciuto è sicuramente la posizione ottimale per raggiungere in dieci minuti a piedi le principali strutture.
Non ci è piaciuto il letto troppo duro con cuscini veramente piccoli o poco confortevoli. L’attrezzatura della cucina molto scarsa e poco curata (due tazze poco pulite, un bollitore che perdeva calcare nonostante il filtro, l’assenza di una macchina per il caffè…). La Tv non consentiva l’accesso a Netflix. In bagno non c’è un bidet. Inoltre, molto pericolose le scale ripide e scricchiolanti, poco sicure per persone in difficoltà.
