Das Haus ist in einem schönem Condominio, der Strand nicht weit weg zu Fuss 3-4 Minuten zu erreichen, ruhige Lage neu renovierte Wohnung die sehr sauber war.
Der Garten könnte etwas mehr gepflegt werden und ordentlicher sein, Bauschutt, Scherben kaputte pflanztöpfe sind nicht schön zum anschauen. Auch einen Tisch zum draussen essen wäre gut, das Haus ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet genügt aber für einen Kurzurlaub.
