Sehr schön renovierte, großzügige Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Gute Anbindung zum Gare de l'Est und zur Metro. Die Zimmer sind durchweg schön renoviert und praktisch eingerichtet. Moderne Fenster halten den Lärm der Großstadt draußen. WLAN, Warmwasser alles bestens.
Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eine Toilette fällt gegenüber der restlichen Wohnung in Ausstattung und Moderne ab. Da wir allerdings die Küche kaum genutzt haben, fällt das nicht sonderlich ins Gewicht. Die Nutzung des Aufzugs ist ein Abenteuer.
