Easy check in and out, near Metro and lots of dining options. Had everything we needed.
The spare (5th bed) is uncomfortable, the kitchen could do with some more bowls, spoons and a kettle.

Location was perfect. We like walking and walked to all attractions including the arc de Triumphe and the Eiffel Tower.
Not the fault of the location but the heat was hard at night. Fans helped but it was very high 30’s even later in evening

Location (5mins from metro station), within 20-30 mins of all attractions, facilities, warm water, espresso machine, extremely responsive and flexible staff/owner
Didn't feel like as clean as it should (i.e. used towels in one of the drawers in the bathroom, a used sock under the bed), quite old, no room in the tiny closet for our stuff, building yard quite mediocre. On our first couple of days, it was challenging to handle the heatwave (no air conditioning, one fan not really covering the need)
