The location is perfect, just 8 minutes walk to the city center. Groceries shops around. Bus stand is just two minutes away. Very good and quite location.

The fact that the internet did work the first day but it was later resolved and it worked perfectly throughout the stay.

Excellent spot! Location was excellent for what we needed, all easily walkable. Place itself was very stylishly decorated and incredibly comfortable. Quite possibly the best shower I've ever used here, and the bath tub was actually big enough for my 6' partner to use.

There was a bit of confusion with the parking situation, so if you're bringing a vehicle, be sure to carefully read the signage outside. The kitchen also had only three of each item (cutlery, plates, glasses; mugs were the exception), which is understandable given the person limit for the space, but made cooking and meals quite the mission for two people. Just a note for those who are perhaps a little less mobile than others: the stairs are very steep and a bit of a workout if you have suitcases!

Smart modern interior, tastefully decorated throughout. Warm house once we found the Google Nest thermostat! Walking distance to railway station, Showroom Cinema and city centre. Close to 24hr shop and pizza takeaway. Resident car parking day pass included. 5 min drive to InstaVolt fast EV charger, KFC and Asda. Glasswing Stays the property management company were very responsive; they sorted out a plumbing issue during our stay and also sent over extra towels and bedding for the sofa bed.

There was lots of litter in the street, some had possibly spilt out from the skip next door or from the recycling bins which were full. The resident parking day passes ran out during our stay, and after that I had to get up early each day (8am) to pay for the parking on the opposite side of the road. I reported the issue as soon as I arrived, but unfortunately new passes did not arrive in time for us to benefit. We were able to sign into our Netflix account on the tv, but it was disappointing that there were no terrestial channels available, as I'd have liked to have watched the BBC iPlayer or itvX.
