I finally found the time to write this review. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you want to find a mouse running across your bed. One evening as I was getting ready to go to sleep, I saw a small mouse running on my bed. It was absolutely shocking I immediately went to the reception desk. The staff did not take the situation seriously at first and even told me that it was impossible. One of the employees came upstairs with me to check the room but by then the mouse had disappeared. They moved me to another room but after such an incident it was impossible to feel safe. Knowing that mice can freely enter the guest rooms completely ruined my trust in this hotel. It raises an obvious question: what is happening inside this hotel if rodents are running around guest rooms and even climbing onto guests' beds? This points to serious sanitation and hygiene issues. It is frightening to imagine the condition of the hotel's back areas or even the kitchen if this is happening in guest rooms. The most disappointing part was the staff's attitude. No one apologized, no one offered any explanation, and no one tried to resolve the situation beyond simply moving me to another room. The next day I checked out. The hotel refused to refund the remaining nights of my stay and the management simply ignored my messages through Agoda customer support. I consider this level of service completely unacceptable. I hope this review helps other travelers avoid the same experience
