The staff was very nice and welcoming, they accommodated to my request for early check in and ensured I had everything needed during my stay. Even though I booked a single room, the room was spacious and equipped with a mini fridge. Good quality/price ratio.
My room was on the 3rd floor - the WiFi signal over there was not very good, however there is a strong WiFi connection on 1st and 2nd floor + in the lobby. In case you’re travelling for work, just let them know and they will offer a room on these floors.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Betreiberin Frau Havva. Sie war jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Istanbul unterstützt. Auch bei Fragen und Anliegen war sie immer für uns da. Das Hotel war sauber, die Zimmer gepflegt und die Lage sehr gut. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Es gab keine wesentlichen Kritikpunkte. Dank der herzlichen Betreuung durch Frau Havva und das gesamte Team hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
