Property is large and can accommodate a lot of people. Good for 2 families, we went in 2 cars with 11 pax, 6 adults and 5 children. 5 rooms, 3 rooms with attached bathroom and 2 rooms and 1 common bathroom. Large balcony and nice view and scenery overseeing taiping. It is on high floor. 2 free parking provided.

The spaciousness of the properties
One level floor so suitable for seniors.
Toilets has the necessary basic items.
The place was poorly maintained. Living rooms , the living are old and uncomfortable.. not enough chairs for 14 of us .
TV is so small for such a big living room
Balcony not maintained as not clean which is waste as the view are fantastic.
The master bedroom ‘s bed was already broken and was poorly secure .
Needed transport to go out.

The property is spacious, can accommodate big family.
Aircond is not cold, the penthouse is at the top floor which is super hot during day time. The bed is abit hard.
