Inside of the apartments everything was fantastic! 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds, kitchen with everything needed.
Nearby in Ipoh Parade Mall there is a huge supermarket with fresh fruits. Very good kopitiam (morning caffee) which starts working at 8:00 is also available nearby. And amazing place with deserts and coffee starting at 11 is in 5 minutes away.
I couldn't have got a better experience. 🥰
The swimming pool in the building was cold and impossible to use. So you can leave your swimming suit at home. Or take it to The Lost World of Tanbun which is in 20 minutes ride from the property. 😁

Spacious and great facilities. It was close to a shopping mall and food. Rooms were also clean and there is also a water filter in the kitchen.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 king size beds without wardrobe.
The unit is clean with basic setup: water purifier, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop, a cooking pot which suits for short period of stay.
Basement car parking is available, accessible via the rear entrance located at the end of the building. The unit can be accessed with direct elevator from the parking place.
Hand soap is not supplied. There is no shower flash guard or curtain or mat to prevent the water splashing.
The pantry area's build up has limited space, without any cabinet. All the kitchen utensils are left piled up in the disk rack

The wifi was good. Netflix was incuded. The water dispenser was cool.
Here goes...I opened the front door and a roach ran across the room. The comforter and sheets were stained. The towels were a joke. Tattered and torn on the side
