The property is perfect, perfect location, well equipped, very comfortable and satisfying.
Their customer service is very bad. Once booked with them, you receive some details from the company to receive assistance if needed and pray God you will never deal with them. On their website they say that there is one person managing this property but in reality, as far as I understood, they rely on a customer service line that is not properly trained to solve problems. If I may, I would suggest to train these employee to say the following words: “I am not sure, let me talk to my manager (or whoever is really able to solve problems)”. Doing so you could avoid embarrassing situations and waste of time and frustration for your customers. A part from that, it was all perfect, super satisfied for the whole stay.
