The location was 1 minute from where all the buses go from. The view from the property was lovely. It was near lots of shops and restaurants in the town. It had lots of good facilities.
We would have liked a cafetiere to use.
It was a bit noisy for me one night, as the window didn't get fixed that week, but it was in the town centre, so we expected some noise.
I had to look through emails to find out how to get to the place - it would be good to have one email saying How to get there - but this is for Sykes rather than the host.

the property was in a great location and was modern which is of my taste.
the bed in the master room was broken so I’ve been left very unsatisfied I tried to contact and had no response and had next to no sleep due to the bed being broken, there were also what looked like juice or wine stains on the sheets.
