Fairly new property in excellent condition. Well designed with good facilities. Nice gym and I appreciated the free laundry machines. It's a great location with CS Fresh supermarket downstairs and many restaurants, shops and bars on the doorstep. I would be happy to stay here again.
The "free breakfast" is rudimentary - just three sugary cereal options, boxes of fruit juice and yoghurt and bakery items. The only time I tried one it was inedible. But at least there's a decent coffee machine. Better to buy your own breakfast foods at CS Fresh.

Breakfast is just grab and go, just right for Singapore (as there are plenty of breakfast options). All great: co-working area, laundry area, gym, outdoor mall literally outside, transportation options (train, bus, car pickup).
The room's a little tight, but that was part of the deal offering I suppose.
