Just basic room where we could sleep and have a shower. Modern up to date facilities on site where you can make a basic meal or eat a takeaway. Plenty of eating options in the complex across the road.
The room we had was very small, which we expected after booking, Just about big enough for a couple, if you are happy to be aware of bathroom activity! More suited for single occupancy short stay.

Excellent location next the metro station. Very convenient for work with very convenient co-working places in the lobby area. Rooms are well equipped and convenient despite small size. There are plenty of dining places nearby.
Nothing to mention here. More of a suggestion to have a changing place near the pool.

Location near mrt, common kitchen and shared fridge
Housekeeper took my new T shirt away from the bed and no one could find it since. When I complained to front desk I discovered another guest lost his underwear and slippers living on the same floor. May have to check the integrity of housekeeping team.

I usually stay here twice a year for a week holiday.
It was different this time.
The location is excellent, three minutes to one-north MRT station (Exit at Portsdown Road) and supermarket.
The place is clean and staff are helpful.
The hotel needs a bit of care, it's tired. One lounge at pool (usually 6-7) and umbrellas are out of order.
The place is tired and not being upset, especially the pool area.
I was hoping to bring a group here in September, but I'm going elsewhere.
There is only one chair to sit on at the pool and all the umbrellas are out of order. Such a shame, as it was once a lovely area.
I asked a staff member if they're getting replaced and she said "it's been like that for months, so I don't think anything is happening soon".
The place is just tired.
I'll come back after things have been fixed up.
