Location, design and the booking service
It was not spotlessly clean and the pillows were quite uncomfortable.

The washed laundry (which was bedsheets, and cushion cases were drying outside in the balcony. The amenities were not kept in a visible place, we had to text the host again and again for everything. There was no water in the room at the time of check in.
