Beautiful and bright! Amazing host!
It is a perfect place - both in and out! It’s in a very convenient location with a beautiful view, close to several supermarkets (Grandiose across the street serves some excellent coffee!!), in a family-oriented, quiet and safe expat area. The apartment is very spacious and bright with everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay. Many thanks to the host Marc for his kind hospitality and support during my visit! I truly loved Abu Dhabi and hope to be back again : )

A great apartment for a small family, two couples, or a couple with two friends - highly recommended
The apartment was beautiful and fit for a comfortable stay. There were 2 full toilets with a shower, and two half toilets (one for guests and one in a kind of study-room/ironing-room. The balcony was sizeable. There was nothing in kitchen one might want to complain about (a family fridge, a full stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a washing machine, a sink, plenty if space to prepare meals, cutlery, cups, plates, etc. The coffee provided was of good quality. The sitting plus dining-room was more than suitable. The TV set was big so as to sit back and enjoy a movie. The assigned parking spot was within easy reach and safe. There was a supermarket opposite the building and other small shops around it. There was a park and restaurants (Santorini, Quince, etc.) within walking distance. The communication (on Whatsapp) with the people managing the apartment was flawless. Importantly, the price-quality ratio was excellent! Highly recommended.
This apartment might not be for people wishing to be at the center of the action. Those like me who want to be near the action but away form the bustle might appreciate the location. Probably, the only thing I could complain about would be the shower curtain being too close to the person having a shower. (One has to be careful not to touch it.)

Wir kommen wieder.
Der Vermieter Marc war sehr nett und zuvorkommend .Das Apartment hat eine perfekte Lage mit Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer.Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Ein Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung.Es sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt am Amaya Tower.Es ist 10 min fussläufig bis zum Park,wo viele Einheimische am Wochenende chillen .Am Wasser gibt es Bootsverleihe,Restaurants und Bars wo man schöne Abende verbringen kann.Wir würden dieses Apartment wieder buchen.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
