We really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was a big plus — it made cooking very convenient and easy. The apartment is located near a mosque, but it did not disturb our stay at all. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again.
There were a couple of small downsides: there was no hairdryer or iron available, which would have been helpful. However, these were minor issues and did not significantly affect my overall experience.

The apartment is nicely furnished and generously equipped. Location superb. If one is looking to stay on Saadiyat next to the french school it might be the only property one can find. As such there is not much choice
Dealing with the company managing this rental ia extremely frustrating..AI generated instant messages acknowledging receipt of messages but nothing done to solve the issues. The apartment was not extremely well cleaned. Kids were running around and immediately had dirty feet. Long black hair to be found everywhere. Too many accessories (pillows, blankets, candles, etc which should be avoided in a rental).
Asked about a hair dryer about 5 times and no answer. They said there should be one but it was not to be found. Told them the light in the bathroom didn't work. It was never replaced. When I wanted to order a cleaning service I needed to follow up about 5 times to get one confirmed.
Frankly I would not have rented here based on prior reviews if it hadnt been the only choice in the area
