The BEST apartment in Abu Dhabi.

The host and management were so attentive, helpful and kind with such professionalism and polite attitude it was a real 10/10 experience. The apartment itself was the best we've ever had and for the price, it was even more amazing. Such a beautiful apartment. We were 4 adults and 1 child and could have catered for more. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen area had all we needed. The pool was perfect. The balcony spacious and comfortable. All bathrooms had essenstials like shampoo soaps and papers. Clothes wash facilities. Really a home from home. The water dispenser was much appreciated as many hosts miss this in offer. Even the tv and surround sound was top. I reccomend the apartment to all who would consider it. The location was perfect also. Overlooking the beach and water. With some nice cafes and bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk in the hotels close by who welcome all. A final word again about owner and management So kind and helpful, answered all our questions and gave amazing recommendations and advice. The welcome basket of treats and essentials was a classy touch.

There was nothing we found to be unsatisfactory. It really was a dream location.

From check in to check out the place was amazing. Craig and team were super helpful with great communication. The apartment itself is fantastic no pictures can do it justice. It is in the perfect position with an amazing pool overlooking the beach

It’s perfect

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. We really appreciate Craig’s hospitality and attention to small details. Everything is designed for making the stay as comfortable as possible. And complimentary snacks and groceries literally stole our hearts. We will definitely try to book it for the next time.

A perfect escape from Dubai city life to a quiet corner of Yas Island, golf course & sea views!

Communication with host was excellent and warming and we were welcomed with some snacks and essentials which went above and beyond our expectations. The apartment is huge and has an amazing pool/sea view, as well as a cute children's bedroom with lots of toys and games which was perfect for our little one. The location is quiet and peaceful whilst still being close to multiple different attractions - a family friendly apartment complex that has incredible amenities like gym, sauna, play/games room too. There are multiple shops, bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk and we had an incredible mini break over the winter holidays (couple and two year old son).

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. My kids especially loved the swimming pool, it was definitely their favorite part. They also enjoyed the play area, which had billiards, books, and fun little nursery toys to keep them entertained. The gym was quiet, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment itself was very comfortable, with clean rooms that smelled fresh. We really appreciated how cozy and inviting the space felt. One of the highlights for us was the TV sound system, it felt like we were in a cinema when watching movies!

The only downside of our stay was the parking arrangement. Unfortunately, there was no dedicated or permanent parking space available for the apartment. We had to rely on visitor parking, which was not always easy to find near the building. On several occasions, I had to drop my family at the entrance and then park a few minutes away, returning on foot. This was somewhat inconvenient, especially when managing luggage or with young children. It would definitely enhance the experience if a permanent parking solution could be provided.

My partner works for an international luxury hotel group with world famous hotels so we know high standards. This apartment is superb spotlessly clean, every single item in the apartment works and is brand new. The beds are comfortable and everything you could possibly need and more is provided. The toys and books in the kids room is such a nice touch. The terrace is lovely with views of the great swimming pool the kids loved this. Lifeguard always on duty and great with kids. The whole complex is clean bright and concierge staff so nice. The location could not be better the beach on property is quiet and set out really well but Yas Beach is a short walk away too if more facilities are needed. Getting around was so easy Uber taxi’s turn up in 3 mins. What can I say about the host Craig from the videos showing how to check-in, the welcome pack on arrival fruit cookies milk and more his great tips on where to visit and on our check-out day he arranged for his driver to keep our luggage and take us to the beach and come back at the end of the day with all our luggage he even stopped at a supermarket and pharmacy so we could get some items,a level of service I have never experienced in a rental property it was incredible. From booking to our departure the whole experience was exemplary we have recommended this property to all our friends in AD and abroad. Would we come back and book again absolutely without hesitation I only wish we had more time in AD. If your looking around Yas for a property to rent stop now and just book this one!

Amazing stay for the entire family!

This beautiful apartment is located close to all the 4parks in Yas Island and is impeccably well designed and maintained. It offered ample space for our family of 6 adults and our morning coffees with a beach view from the balcony are still a lovely memory. The host was very gracious to also offer access to the private beach, which offers water sports activities as well, for nominal pricing. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and much above our expectations! Highly recommend booking this apartment for your stay in Abu Dhabi. PS: families with young children would love this property and its access to a private pool and family room :)

I do recommend this place!!! It is branch of paradise on Yas island. Everything was perfect from the moment of booking to the check-out. It is absolutely new facility, and it was a honor to be first guest here. I was looking for place to stay overnight after BSB concert. But after check-in I regretted I cannot stay here longer. It is big apartment with dedicated room for kids. All new in the room: 2 level bed, toys and books for children. Never saw such a room in rented flats. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need: kitchen, master bedroom, toilets and etc. There is a beach set with bag, towels and other stuff you'd need at beach. You will have a very nice beach located in 50m. It is accessible for residents. Beach is also top: cabins to change clothes, toilets, washrooms. Beach opens at 8.00 am. There is a pool available as well. It opens from 6.00 am, you need a passcard to access it. Separate words about owner: very supportive and proactive in all matters. Clear instructions before, during and after stay. Very pleasant for communication via WhatsApp. Small welcome packet was so touching. I wish success to owner and hope this place will have plenty of happy guests!

Mieszkanie jest piękne, świetnie wyposażone, utrzymane, zlokalizowane. Gospodarz przywitał nas niczym rodzinę, kontakt był z nim bezproblemowy, był bardzo pomocny. Zarówno mieszanie jak i osiedle jest świetne - długo można wymieniać pozytywy. Super siłownia, sala zabaw dla dzieci ze stołem do bilardu, baseny ze zróżnicowaną temperaturą (26-33 stopni Celsjusza), prywatna plaża tuż przy apartamencie. Brać i się nie zastanawiać!

Вообще понравилось все! Но особенно хочу отметить комплектацию кухни - большое количество посуды и всяких мелочей, которые обычно есть в каждом доме, но, к сожалению, редко встречаются в сьемном жилье. А тут есть! Например, есть не просто электрическая духовка, но и посуда, в которой можно в ней что-то приготовить. Так же хочу отметить гостеприимство хозяина - Крейга (и его напарника, к сожалению, забыла имя). Такого сервиса я не видела нигде! Хотя я часто бронирую апартаменты в ОАЭ. Столько вкусняшек! Такой восторг от детей! Чувствуется, что Крейг всю душу вложил в их обустройство и искренне рад своим гостям!
