We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is stylish, spotless and located in a beautiful new building. The beach nearby is absolutely stunning: wide, clean and perfect for relaxation.
There were a few small issues at the beginning, but the team reacted very quickly and did their best to fix everything, which we truly appreciated.
The only thing we wish we had known in advance is that the pool wasn’t working yet, but honestly, with such an amazing beach, we didn’t miss it at all.

Apartamentul este situat pe cea mai frumoasa plaja a insulei Al Saadyiat din Abu Dhabi. Proprietatea este noua, foarte bine intretinuta, si poate acomoda maxim 4 persoane. Livingul este generos, cu zona dedicata pentru servirea mesei. Bucataria este complet utilata permite pregatirea unui mic dejun. Dormitorul elegant cu dressing si baie proprie. Exista 2 bai in apartament.
Terasa este orientata catre piscina, cu vedere partiala la mare.
Zona Mamsha de promenada la 20 m de locatie este superba , cu restaurante excelente si bucatarie variata. Recomand Beirut sur Mer ( libanez) , TOTO si Antonia ( italian), Feels ( pentru micul dejun si cafea de specialitate).
Mi-a placut totul, de la amenajare, decor, utilitati.
Recomand doar inlocuirea canapelei cu un pat extensibil in living pentru odihna a 2 adulti.

Location
I would like to raise several concerns regarding the condition of the apartment we recently rented. Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory due to multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues:
• The sanitary maintenance was poor. The wash basin drains were blocked.
• The water tap in the powder room was damaged, causing water to spill everywhere.
• The balcony was dirty, and the window glass had not been cleaned.
• The floor was not properly cleaned; it was not possible to walk barefoot or even with white socks.
• We were not provided with an access card for the beach.
• The mattress was old and uncomfortable. It sagged significantly in the middle, causing discomfort and back pain.
• The air freshener smell inside the apartment was excessively strong, forcing us to open the windows to ventilate the space.
• The shower slope was incorrectly aligned. Water flowed outside the shower area, and we had to use towels to block and clean the water after each shower.
• There were only 10 hangers provided in the wardrobe, which is insufficient.
• The bedroom lighting switch arrangement was confusing and not user-friendly.
• Although we did not use the kitchen equipment, we sincerely hope it was in proper condition.
We rented the apartment expecting a comfortable and well-maintained stay. Unfortunately, the above issues significantly affected our experience.
