The location is perfect. Safe, clean neighborhood. Walk distance to NYUAD.
Very convenient having the drying rack, universal power plugs and a coffee capsule machine.
All the chairs at the kitchen dining table are too high. I couldn't find a lower chair to sit for long using my laptop.
The router occasionally went off. Need restart to work.
The quilt filling started to clump after a few days.
Not entirely sound-proof to loud music from the neighbor.
