Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, all very clean, attractive decor, nice balcony.
High enough floor so no road noise.
Good location - next to waterside walk (very pleasant in January), very close to Shams Mall (and Waitrose) with taxi rank opposite and a couple of restaurants below the building.
Letting company reply quickly if you need to contact them.
Damage deposit required (c.£300) to be paid in advance - it is stated on booking.com (we just hadn’t registered) although it was refunded quickly after checkout.
Couple of maintenance issues (2nd toilet not draining) weren’t resolved during our stay.
