HARF1704 Cozy 1br with Balcony in Reem Island

Home away from home! Spacious fully furnished apartment, everything we could need provided like towels, extra beddings, bathroom toiletries, kitchen utensils; very convenient location with groceries at the same tower, great sunset view, huge pool and gym, and most importantly very responsive host. Shout out to Ghaith for providing the much needed adapter and responding during wee hours!

Since this is a residential apartment, minor wear and tear should be expected. It's worth noting that Ghaith is very responsive (I only texted him via whatspp) so I am well satisfied with our stay despite experiencing the following: 1. Unfortunate water burst under kitchen sink which woke us up at 3:30 am on our last day. We turned off the water valve and Ghaith sent a plumber at 8am. 2. Bathtub drains slowly so we had to shower with lesser water pressure just to prevent standing in dirty water. 3. Exhaust not working on both toilets.

Spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable, well equipped. Nice to have a balcony Good location for walks along the waterfront.

Building bridge below - not too intrusive but will be better when that’s finished. Quite sparse furnishings- another easy chair in sitting room would be nice.
