Great views, room size and gym.
The access road is a bit steep, but that’s the price you pay for mountain villas views.

The place is a dream. The room is comfortable, the views are amazing and the staff is really friendly. Besides, the breakfast is very good
The only thing to get better is that breakfast is served a bit slowly (as everything in the island), so plan your day knowing it

Bel hôtel sur les hauteurs de Kuta avec vue sur l'océan. Le personnel est "au petit soin". Belle piscine très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est très agréable.
Ménage fait tous les jours.
Chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée. Literie très confortable.
Très bel établissement que nous recommandons.
L'accès est un peu accidenté.
Bruit à cause des travaux à côté.
Attention qualité des équipements, trace de rouille dans la salle de bain.
Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pas très quantitatif, pour le prix il pourrait y avoir du salé et du sucré.
Attention bcp de marche et pas d'accès PMR.
Attention aux graves sur le linge de lit ou serviette.

The Villa has great views and was super spacious. Air-conditioning was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and worked with a smile. Hospitality was faultless. On a clear night the watching the starry sky at night from the balcony was blissful. Breakfast while simple was fresh and tasty.
The Villa tries to be a hotel but it isn't. It is rough around the edges. The staff did their best but there are issues. The property needs more maintenance. Housekeeping was not good. They werent thorough in their cleaning. The toilet in the Bima room had a mild sewage smell. The WC actually moved a bit so there definitely is a lot of work to be done. Some of the lights in the room werent working.
