Luckily we had the property for ourselves so what a crazy “private villa” experience.
The staff is not very present. Pool has not been cleaned until the owner came it. No fresh wine available. No toilet paper refill is common area. They do their utmost when you ask them but don’t anticipate or make casual task “on their own”

What a beautiful Villa. Very high quality and modern. All the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The room had all of the facilities. Designed so well and chic. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was big and clean. Highly recommended. Also the view is magnificent from the top.
Wifi was sometimes spotty and would disconnect. The location is away from the main town and up a very steep hill. You will definitely need a scooter rented for your stay at the Villa.

The Villa has great views and was super spacious. Air-conditioning was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and worked with a smile. Hospitality was faultless. On a clear night the watching the starry sky at night from the balcony was blissful. Breakfast while simple was fresh and tasty.
The Villa tries to be a hotel but it isn't. It is rough around the edges. The staff did their best but there are issues. The property needs more maintenance. Housekeeping was not good. They werent thorough in their cleaning. The toilet in the Bima room had a mild sewage smell. The WC actually moved a bit so there definitely is a lot of work to be done. Some of the lights in the room werent working.
