Kalea Villas - Private Pool - Free Gym

We had booked two weeks in this beautiful private villa with a pool. They were two unforgettable weeks. The accommodation was very beautiful and fully equipped. The private villa with a pool is spacious and clean; it looks fresh every day and is cleaned daily. The location is just outside the center of Kuta, with all the amazing restaurants,cafes and shops are within walking distance of the villa. The staff is amazing and very helpful, and they were always ready to assist whenever you had a question. It was our first trip to Lombok, and thanks to the wonderful and useful advice from the staff at Kalea Villas, and the guidance of the recommended private driver Roy, we were able to see all the beautiful places on Lombok. We could discuss all our ideas with Roy, and he arranged it for us. And there is quite a lot of construction going on in Lombok, you can't escape it there. But visiting Lombok is a trip never to be forgotten, and there is so much that is unspoiled. With this, I would like to thank the staff and personnel of Kalea Villas—Wina, Fani, Maya, Jaelani, Riko, Titin, Saman, and Wirlan—very much for their hospitality during our stay at Kalea Villas. Because of this unforgettable experience, we certainly want to repeat this again.

Very affordable villa, nicely designed and very clean!

It’s approx 15-20 min walk from Main Street in Kuta, if you have scooter or private car that’s zero issue, however walking might be a bit tricky but there are still places to eat near by

Honestly, we came back twice, making this the third time visiting, so needless to say we love the place. Def our home away from home, our kuta basecamp. Super personal and family style service, not an anonymous run accommodation but complete ownership and accountibility for everything. Small scale operation with nice villa's that are perfect for our small familiy of three, with a great big pool and private garden.

since I love to cook and we love to dine in / make our own breakfast, sometimes we missed some extra kitchenware, nothing important though!

The staff were friendly and Villa was cleaned daily at a time we requested.

I booked a 2 bedroom villa and 2 of the nights (separate occasions) the AirCon wasn’t working in one of the rooms so my adult daughter and I had to share a bed. No compensation or discount was given despite only having 1 usable room for 2 of the nights. They did have the AirCon fixed the following day both times but it was very inconvenient. Both bedrooms have 2 sliding glass doors and only 1 of them locks so there is no way to completely secure the rooms which bothered both of us. There are 2 construction sights right by the villa so it’s noisy, they can see into the pool area when working up high at one sight, and we were catcalled a lot by construction workers when walking down the road. The road to the villa is also very rocky/muddy when it rains and it’s pretty dark at night. Also of note Grab drivers will not pick up in Kuta so be prepared to walk down roads with no sidewalk and a lot of traffic or rent a scooter. Some of these issues are not the villa’s fault (road, construction/workers) but it does impact the overall enjoyment of the stay.
