we really enjoyed our 4 night stay at konkret. the staff were really helpful and the villa itself was very large and comfortable. the breakfast and food in the restaurant was very nice - we would stay here again :)
there was some construction next door that we werent informed about for the first 2 days, but then it stopped so it was ok.

Location is great walking distance to the main strip of shops and restaurants
No TV which isn’t clearly advertised we took our projector once we realised there was no tv. No air con downstairs as it’s all open so it can get a bit hot and fan not enough to cool down. We had an issue with the road flooding to our unit on a few occasions and not accessible by foot which wasn’t great and then also lots of mosquitoes inside the house that attacked our daughter and the only option was to continue spraying poison which is not good for their health.
