Solak Villas Private pool Kuta Lombok

The team, the location and the villa are great. We are a family of 6 and really enjoyed our last few days in kuta here after 4 weeks travel around Indo. Nuna and Sergio were excellent hosts and were super communicators. It was nice to be in a sealed accommodation for a few days with no mosquitos to deal with, rare in the area. The villa is pretty much in walking distance to main Kuta and we didn’t bother getting motorbikes for this leg of the trip. Sergio also facilitated a very late check out for us with no extra charge and moved his cleaner team schedule around our flights and made us feel like he was delighted to do it. Would definitely recommend this place for family.

Only slight issue was the pool was a little small and shallow for such a big and beautiful garden. It was less of a feature for the kids compared to other pools we had along our trip.

De communicatie met de host, heel benaderbaar en proactief op zoek naar oplossingen. Super gastvrij. We zijn met heel veel liefde ontvangen en ook uitgezwaaid. De villa was van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Fijne comfortabele bedden!

We hadden door externe omstandigheden een halve dag geen water/elektriciteit. Dit is buiten hun macht om, en ze hebben er alles aan gedaan dit op te lossen. Super snel verholpen en altijd vriendelijk te woord gestaan.
