Solak Villas Private pool Kuta Lombok

De communicatie met de host, heel benaderbaar en proactief op zoek naar oplossingen. Super gastvrij. We zijn met heel veel liefde ontvangen en ook uitgezwaaid. De villa was van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Fijne comfortabele bedden!

We hadden door externe omstandigheden een halve dag geen water/elektriciteit. Dit is buiten hun macht om, en ze hebben er alles aan gedaan dit op te lossen. Super snel verholpen en altijd vriendelijk te woord gestaan.

Solak villa was a nice retreat for us as a couple, however you could easily stay with a whole family. The villa gives you good privacy. The pool has nice water and the location is good, not far from Kuta main Street. The water pressure is good and the water heater works properly. The staff are very nice and welcome you on arrival and the check in, check out was very easy with good contact via whatsapp. We didn't use their offered services but they can basically help you with anything you need during our stay.

Like a lot of places currently in Lombok the villa is located in an area with ongoing construction. We were away most of the time, so it didn't bother us too much, but if you stay at the villa during the day, this could be a bit noisy. Some of the construction material used in the villa gives it a less premium feel, as if it was just finished being built recently. They could easily counter this with some more better decoration to give the place a warmer, home feeling.

Villa magnifique à Lombok sans vis-vis un vrai coup de cœur ❤️ ! Le cadre est exceptionnel, paisible et idéal pour se détendre. Le gestionnaire de la villa était sympathique, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. Petit point d’attention : il y a pas mal de moustiques, car les fenêtres des salles de bains restent légèrement ouvertes et ne peuvent pas se fermer … pensez à prévoir du répulsif. Malgré ce petit détail qui n’entache en rien votre confort , notre séjour a été extraordinaire et nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter !
