Very nice team. We were able to check in earlier. The villa was very modern with all functionality. We had a small water leak in the shower and the staff fixed it within 30 min. Very central to the Main Street and at the same time super quiet.

Absolutely gorgeous villa and so well run. Staff could not do enough for us and we were greeted everyday with such beautiful smiles. Their service was impeccable.
The breakfasts are exceptional and a good variety. Villa was spotless and bed was good.
The location is also great. Located in a quiet spot but 2 minute walk to the main streets of Kuta.
Would come back in a heartbeat! Loved this place♥️

Staff were very friendly & attentive, good location. Nice own pool. Breakfast & afternoon snack were good

Shower flooding in bathroom an ongoing issue despite staff attempts to fix
The villa we were in was more shaded/ covered compared to some of the others that we saw
Air con in main bedroom was not powerful at all and unable to cool the room down properly the first day. Had to leave it on full blast all day with blinds closed for it to be manageable
Afternoon snack plates were not cleared up until the next day which resulted in attracting insects
