Its modern and beautiful , clean and spacious. Open hall concept, rooms are spacious as well.
Swimming pool is large and clean with warm water even in the early morning or evening.
Its so close to restaurants and shops just minutes away/ walking distance. Many cafe open early 7am onwards. Can do simple cooking there, all utensils provided.
Juna always helps us with our needs and online laundry- which is convenient.
Recomended place to stay
Bed rooms Doors can not be locked, and bathroom is open concept - just wall n glass seperator from the bedroom.
We stay with family only, so we were okay.

Our stay at Balear Villa was exceptional! The manager, Juna, was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The Villa is beautiful, clean and in a great location. I could not recommend this accommodation more, everything was perfect!
