Deka Villa

Some good coffee, laundry and warungs in walking distance. Main street about a 10-15min walk. Recommend taking a torch. Reported issues fixed very quickly. Very helpful and communicative team on booking and during our stay.

This was a good villa. However when we stayed was a full year after the most recent reviews. While the villa itself and the team looking after it a great, there are a couple of things that could be worked on. Overall cleanliness wasn't great. Lots of cobwebs that you might not notice with a surface clean but you do if living in a space, by bed, in wardrobes etc. I washed the dishrack, cutlery, coffee machine and microwave before I was comfortable using them. I also cleaned the scale from inside each of the shower heads so they'd flow. While we were there the neighbours kids had let themselves in to the yard as the fence is quite low and we came home to an open fence, which was quite disconcerting. The team addressed this with neighbours straight away, but it didn't seem like it was the first time.. The running water malfunctioned but was very promptly fixed. If you aren't an early riser I recommend checking the location and perhaps taking some ear plugs.

Nurni was an incredible host! So helpful and kind. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

The pool was a plunge pool and not a swimming pool.

Zwembad is klein, voor onze kinderen te klein. Meer een plons badje. We hebben een dagje doorgebracht bij El tropica. Mooi zwembad voor de kids
