The property manager met us at the villa. He was wonderful and was able to organise transport for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Very attentive.
Not really a swimming beach in Kuta. Lots of waves so good for surfing. Other areas of Lombok are better if you like swimming beaches.

Loved this place. Location is perfect, tucked away off side road from Main Street. Restaurants all easy to get to. The villa was spacious, two bedrooms and two baths, large kitchen will all utensils, internet TV. There is a small pool on roof. Samsul who manages the property locally was a delight to deal with. They will be renovating after the season and planned changes will make it even better.

Beaucoup de bruits externes (tuyauterie au plafond, les voisins qui parlent fort dehors le soir, les bruits des travaux la journée, et les bruits des boîtes de nuits à proximité (très mauvaise isolation). Le linge, notamment de salle de bain, est délavé et vieux.
