- very good location, nearby center Kuta street - good halal restaurants nearby (Olivier, OZ, drifters) - Great Vila for muslim couple - great service, especially from Kiyah the receptionist - Great laundry service where they take care of your preferences
Some things could be improved: - towel hooks in bathroom as there is no place to hang towels there - giving fresh towels more regular - make a card to hang on your door (do not disurb/clean room). Now You Need to ask It at the reception all the time

Ruhige schöne gepflegte Unterkunft. Nettes Personal.
Das einzige was noch fehlen würde wäre ein Smart TV. Ansonsten war alles perfekt

De locatie, zeer dichtbij alles. Privacy gegarandeerd. Mogelijkheid om scooter te regelen bij het hotel.
Wegdek naar het hotel is heel slecht maar nog wel te doen. Hygiene is heel teleurstellend, vooral nadat we meermaals zelf moeten hebben aangeven om schoon te maken. De medewerkers zijn er tot 17:00 en als we pas na 17:00 terug in de villa zijn en opmerken dat er niet is schoongemaakt is het te laat om nog wat van te zeggen. Zwembad bevat veel te veel chloor, instant een huidreactie ontvangen door de hoeveelheid chloor. Onze ogen gingen ook gelijk branden door de sterke chloorgeur.
