Hanaq Pacha Villas

Great reception. Everything explained by friendly hosts. We had breakfast included and this was sent to the room directly, starting at 8am however so not ideal if you like to start the day early. The layout of the villa encourages spending more time outside by the pool and its comfortable to do so. The outdoor area is relatively private but not 100% if any of the neighbouring villas or someone on the road below wants to look in. We were well accommodated and have no problem recommending. Villa feels like it has its 'back turned' to Kuta and so its a little calmer for the most part

as above privacy was 90% but we value this and would wish for 100% There are a few drinks and snacks left in the fridge and minor add ons to breakfast attract fees - this is pretty normal for a hotel but felt strange in an 'inclusive' villa - its not expensive but its out of place and cuts into the premier feeling. Excitable local dogs barking through the first night was annoying.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at Umarato Villa. By the end of our stay, it really felt like our little home! The villa itself was spacious inside and out. It was tastefully decorated, well thought out and felt peaceful and private. The view over the valley was simply wonderful. The staff were always smiley and attentive, and helped to organise our scooter rental, help with transport and a wonderful couples massage in the villa. They even organised a carpenter to dig up the decking when my partner lost his ring through one of the gaps, with no trouble at all. We were warned that there was some construction ongoing above/behind the villa, but this was not major/ did not disrupt us in any manner. We would absolutely return to stay here again.

La villa è molto bella e come in foto. La posizione è ottima, sei letteralmente a 5/10 minuti dal centro di Kuta e hai tutto a portata di mano. Nella proprietà gira una gatta nera dolcissima che ogni sera veniva a farci le coccole e dormire nel nostro terrazzo. La piscina è stupenda e la sera dopo la giornata in spiaggia è calda perchè prende sole tutto il giorno. È l’unica piscina che abbiamo usato tra le proprietà in cui siamo state nelle nostre due settimane in Indonesia. Presso la struttura è possibile usufruire di diversi servizi, il personale è molto preparato e puoi rivolgerti a loro per qualsiasi cosa: noi abbiamo noleggiato una moto (altrimenti impossibile girare Lombok), fatto il massaggio di coppia offerto dall’hotel, e organizzato un day trip alle Secret Gilis. Puoi vedere le scimmie nel loro habitat naturale (personalmente non si sono mai avvicinate alla nostra proprietà) e sentirti davvero immerso nella natura.

La proprietà è ancora in costruzione. Subito dietro le ville c’è un cantiere pienamente attivo per la costruzione di nuove ville. Sicuramente questo rovina il primo impatto e in generale l’esperienza complessiva. La vista dalla villa è inesistente. Non so se sia a causa della stagione secca, ma tutte le piante che si vedono in foto non ci sono. La vista è spoglia di verde e, anzi, esattamente di fronte c’è un cantiere in corso con una ruspa che ogni mattina è pienamente operativa. Purtroppo questo disturba non soltanto il silenzio che uno si aspetterebbe prenotando una struttura così, ma l’esperienza in generale. Neanche a casa mia in città ho una vista diretta così su un cantiere. Nella villa entra tantissima luce. La finestrona principale è oscurata da una tenda oscurante, ma subito sopra c’è una parte in vetro che non si può chiudere. Anche le due finestre laterali al letto sono coperte soltanto da una tendina in legno che permette alla luce di entrare. Io non sono particolarmente sensibile alla luce quindi ho dormito lo stesso, ma il mio ragazzo che invece fa fatica ha dovuto dormire con la mascherina tutte le notti e devo comunque ammettere che dalle 6:30 quando sorge il sole entra davvero molta luce. Consiglierei alla struttura di trovare un modo per oscurare meglio le stanze e permettere un vero riposo. Anche a livello di inquinamento acustico non ci siamo. Bisogna per forza dormire con i tappi perché tra cani randagi (ovviamente non è colpa della proprieta), moschea vicino, e lavori (sia all’interno della proprietà sia fuori), è praticamente impossibile dormire senza.

Personal increíble, instalaciones maravillosas. Todo muy nuevo y bien mantenido. Lo que más me gustó fue el personal que era increíblemente encantador.
