This was our favorite rental in Italy! The property is perfect in every way. A luxurious space that has all that you need, and pampers you with little details like fresh flowers, and spa-like welcoming packages for each guest. The location overlooks the wonders of Old Town Sorrento. You’re literally in the heart of this special place, so it’s easy to use your location as a base for exploring. And when you’re done for the night, the high-quality windows ensure your evening is quiet and peaceful. And the host goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Best rental ever!

This is a very nice apartment in a tourism-focused area with lots of shops and restaurants on the adjacent streets. It’s an easy walk from the train station, and it’s also an easy walk to the elevator down the cliff to the ferry docks. The apartment itself is big, and clearly significant effort was put into the decoration and general cleanliness of the place. The mattress in the main bedroom was large and very comfortable.

Although not an issue for us, there’s no microwave, dishwasher, or elevator, so if those amenities are important to you, then you should look elsewhere. A minor irritation was that when I paid the city tax in cash on arrival as requested, I was told I had to wait until the end of my stay to get a receipt. I did get a receipt at the end, but when I hand cash to someone and ask for a receipt, I expect to receive one right then and not be told ‘no’. Another minor irritation was the accordion-playing busker who played ‘That’s Amore’ loudly many times a day. Perhaps he doesn’t realize it’s not Italian, but an old Dean Martin movie song that’s been subject to snarky parodies like ‘That’s a Moron’ which is all I can think of when I hear it.

Comfort, location, host, family restaurant. The host is amazing! She went above and beyond on everything. She even drove 1hr to bring our passports that we forgot at the property, which was instrumental for us to not miss our flight.
