Great location, cleanliness,host communication. Bottled water in fridge was a nice gesture at arrival after sweltering heat.
AC in upper bedroom wasn’t functioning and other AC units in unit could not compensate. Transporting luggage and going up and down narrow circular stairs was a challenge to get to upper bedrooms.

The location was perfect! Right in the heart of everything and a stones throw to the beach and restaurants right out the doorway. The apartment was very spacious and great for a family.
We didn’t mind it, but people need to be aware that there is a very narrow spiral staircase to get to the bedrooms upstairs. May be difficult for some to get luggage upstairs, but it didn’t bother us.

The reception was so very helpful and responsive! Even by sending us pictures of the parking and what to do with our car was so helpful!! The shuttle amazing! Parking was great as well and not far from the apartment where they dropped us off. The place was so lovely and large. WE loved how simple and close it was to get to the water.
It was hard for my husband, he’s a big guy, strong but wide, to go up the circular stairs in our apartment. plus we are old so hauling our luggage up the circular stairs in the apartment was difficult. It wasn’t till later we realized we could have used the downstairs cupboard. Still it was hard to climb with sore feet as well, probably more suited for younger people. (The stairs). The floors up stairs felt gritty (not clean) as well. Everything else was great!

Very good location and large apartment. Great balcony.
Unfortunately our towels or sheets were not changed or freshened up the entire stay. We were told to ask at reception for towels however the receptionist was Houdini. The receptionist was never at the desk which made it incredibly difficult to come in and out in a large group as there was only 1 set of keys. The shower was very small and not clean. The location was great and very central, however be aware there is large church bells that ring. There is no blind in the single room which makes difficult to sleep at night.
