The communication with the host ahead of our trip - and during - made understanding the operation of the flat easy. The host was very helpful with suggestions about trips and things to do. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made very welcome
The water pressure in the en suite bathroom was a little low compared to the main bathroom and the outside shower on the balcony. So we tended not to use it.
This didn’t detract from the fantastic facilities in the flat but it looked tired from the outside and in need of a paint

Fantastic location very near to Sorrento old town. Everything in walking distance. The apartment was superb - exactly as pictured in the listing - with fantastic outside spaces. When we visited, Italy was in the middle of a heat wave so having individual AC units in both bedrooms and the main living area was a real bonus. Antonio's communication was excellent and the WhatsApp videos showing how to get into the apartment made things very easy. We would love to return to Casa Bice.

Great location, it was a very short walking distance around 5-8 minutes to get into town. This property has the most beautiful patio balconies with fantastic city views. Very spacious apartment and everyone had plenty of room. Having a washing machine for clothes was great & the AC worked well to keep everyone cool. We were sad to leave. We loved Sorrento & our stay at Casa Bice made it even more amazing!
Only downside was the on site pool was drained and our kids were looking forward to swimming. We took them to the ocean instead.
