There was a lot we liked. The location was pretty good, a five-ten minute walk from the station, there was a small elevator, good for heavy suitcases, the space was very clean, the rooms were quiet when doors were closed and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen set up was decent, we had enough cups, dishes, utensils, etc to cook in the place and there was a dishwasher as well. There was also a very thorough manual for the various appliances and things that needed to be known to use the space. Gianluca was who greeted us and he was very nice, explaining everything, open to questions and pretty good with contact on WhatsApp when we had a minor problem. He also took the time to show us how to use the moka to make coffee (we were curious, but there was also another coffee maker) and gave us restaurant suggestions.
There was a small washer, it takes a bit of time, but we were glad to have it and the clothes hanging rack was pretty big, plus there were lines outside and clips in the closet in the kitchen.
And we liked all the cat paintings!
There were two things, minor, but caused a bit of an inconvenience.
One was the garbage-there are rules for separating the garbage which is fine, but we were only told very quickly where we could put it outside when everything was being explained and it wasn’t actually that clear. A map in the manual to point out exactly where the garbage should be placed would’ve been handy. There are certain days for specific types of garbage and we didn’t want to leave the bins piled up.
The other was the shower. The showers were clean and pretty nice, but one did not drain well. We ran water forcefully down the drain and that seemed to help, but it might be a recurring problem.
The other was the hot water running out. It seems there are propane (?) tanks outside that provide the hot water. One morning we had no hot water and messaged Gianluca who said he would tell the owner who would come (we’d messaged about the clogged drain as well the previous evening). The owner came while we were showering (we’d resigned ourselves to a cold shower so that we could get out of the house to start the day) and the hot water came on again. However we didn’t know why, we were told by our companions that the owner went out to the balcony and did something. It happened again the next day and we went out to the balcony to see what we could do. The closet with the tanks were there and there was an error on the machine. The tanks didn’t seem to be full, but we referred back to the manual and saw that this error might mean we had to call the center, but there also seemed to be a reset option. We reset and it worked again, but again, this might be a recurring problem.
Very minor things that we didn’t like.

Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y el apartamento está limpio. La ubicación es buena.
El anfitrión tuvo un detalle de bienvenida, un vino espumoso de la zona.
La historia del apartamento o el hogar de Nene, tiene mucho encanto.
Me hubiese gustado que el apartamento contase con más amenities: cepillo y pasta de dientes, papel higiénico extra, servilletas, papel de cocina, cápsulas de café, infusiones, etc
