About this apartment rental
Casa Graziella A is a cozy apartment located in the center of Sorrento. It sleeps four people. From Casa Graziella A you will enjoy a view of the surrounding ancient alleys. Casa Graziella A is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the seventeenth-century historic center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port.
Casa Graziella A is located on the third floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Graziella A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Casa Graziella names six apartments belonging to an ancient building in the centre of Sorrento. The building dates back to 1600, and it has been carefully restored. The structure is located into a typical pedestrian alley, at a few steps from piazza Tasso (Sorrento's main piazza), the public garden and the access to the beach.
You will get into a large barrel vaulted entrance, from where you will access the apartments through an elevator, or just going up the elegant external stairs.
At Casa Graziella there is a reception open every day to help you even to plan your excursions. A lovely lady will welcome you and will be available for any information and assistance you may need.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; mid-week cleaning; linens, changed mid-week; towels, changed mid-week. Available for a fee, if desired:pets;baby bed EUR 15.00/day;check-in after 10 pm EUR 20.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 2.70 meters (8.8 feet) at its highest point and of 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has two double-glazed windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Casa Graziella A is a cozy top floor apartment with a very large terrace. The building and the apartment was extremely clean.
It is ideally located on a pedestrian-only street near the Sorrento city center, the main piazzas, shopping district and the ferry port. It is in a historic boutique hotel that has a full-time receptionist who was very helpful and professional.
Summer in Italy made booking very convenient. Excellent communications!

This apartment was actually in a small historic boutique hotel on a pedestrian-only street in historic Sorrento. There was a full-time receptionist who welcomed us and provided detailed information about the apartment. She was also very helpful with local information. The building and apartment was very clean and well appointed. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shops and the main piazzas in Sorrento. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Graziella A. It is centrally located and within walking distance of practically everything. Our top floor apartment had a nice terrace, was private and quiet, and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
Rossella, the receptionist, is excellent. She contacted me the morning of our check-in while I was still in Positano and provided contact for any questions or needs prior to our arrival. I informed her that I would be arriving earlier than our 4:00 check-in and she allowed early check-in. She was very helpful with check in, city directions and sightseeing tips. I really felt like she went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
I was referred to Summer In Italy from a family member. It was a great decision to use them to help find a property for our travel time frame and answer questions about logistics during the planning of our trip. Luca and staff were always available with timely answers and suggestions. I will definitely use Summer In Italy for my next trip to Italy.

We stayed in this apartment 5 years ago. When we decided to return to Sorrento, it was an easy decision to stay at the same place again. It's in an excellent central location, within walking distance of the train station, and close to everything. There are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes only a short stroll away.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a lift. It has 2 bedrooms, the terrace is large and has great views over the town. Kitchen is compact, bathroom clean, beds comfortable. Free Wi-Fi. Would definitely recommend.
Very happy with the service of Summer In Italy. We booked through them and the service and communication was excellent. Very happy with the apartment - that's why we decided to come back to the same apartment we stayed in 5 years ago. :)
