A nice big house, let down a little with the housekeeping.
Great size, plenty of beds. Nice big open plan kitchen.
A little unclean on arrival, stained carpets, dusty, cobwebs. Dirty plaster and pile of crumbs in the corner of the kitchen.

Wonderful
All communication was very rapid. The house was enormous, really well equipped and very comfortable. It was perfect for our requirements, easily fitting 12 adults in the bedrooms, and with four bathrooms and a cloakroom providing ample facilities. We were all really impressed with this place, especially for the very reasonable price.

Wonderful, clean and spacious property in good location.
House was really clean and rooms were great. The space was amazing. Beds comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. The host was good at communicating and checked in with us. Good location as was near Telford and Iron Bridge. There was also a few convenient stores nearby. Lots of options for take aways locally too. It was it a nice and quiet street. Perfect for families. We loved our stay here.

Fabulous house for large Groups/families
The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. All of the rooms were spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Walking distance into Wellington and some lovely pubs and restaurants.

Great for a family gathering
Lots of space at this property. Rooms are large, great for a family gathering. Easy walking access to Wellington town centre and the train station.
The property is maintained to an average standard. We raised a few niggles (blocked sink, broken shower riser, broken blinds, awkward dishwasher) but our concerns were quickly dismissed. As others have noted, for larger groups there are not enough tables and chairs, or crockery and cutlery for more than one meal course. We used a couple of the desks, and the chairs, from the bedrooms which were very useful.
