Unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant, and I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.

I was very disappointed with this apartment. It looked nothing like the photos or description. The place was worn out and dirty — stained walls, a heavily iced refrigerator, a filthy and damaged couch, and broken bedside tables with flaking concrete. Even the dining table and many surfaces had visible stains. The worst part was the bathroom, which had mold. This is a serious health risk and made it impossible for me to stay there. I reported everything, and although someone from the property came to inspect, they refused to acknowledge the issues. Despite my repeated attempts to get help, nobody took care of my complaint or offered any real solution. I did not get my money back.

The air conditioning was not working, it was extremely hot. Check in was sent one hour later and we had to wait outside for an hour. It was extremely hot and the bathroom wasn’t clean and had a weird smell.

Disaster.

I didn’t get the keys until 5pm, and when I did, the room door was wide open, dirty from previous guests, smelled of cigarettes smoke. I contacted the property right away but they refused to give me a solution - so I just left and found somewhere else. Be careful!

convenient apartment for short stays

Central location, clean place, large windows, comfortable beds, elevator.

I was supposed to receive a code from the lock box with the keys at 3pm, but did not get it until I phoned the company half an hour later. They were prompt after the call. The WiFi was essentially not working. The number of plates/cutlery is ridiculously small for such an apartment.

It was not pleasant, bad behavior and communication

Bad language from the staff towards the occupants of the apartment I made a reservation from August 24th to August 28th 2025 I had an unforeseen event and I plunged our stay until August 31st 2025 on August 27th we went to their office to pay the amount planned until the extension of the apartment but the elevators do not work at all and their office was on the 8th floor my wife is pregnant and I have a 2 year old child we cannot go up to the 8th floor she asked to come back tomorrow but she did not give us an exact time on August 28th we go to tell her that we need the staff to clean the room she makes my wife understand that she must pay first otherwise we will leave the apartment immediately my wife surprised makes him understand that yesterday we were there to pay but the Ascension was not working and she did not tell us tomorrow what time we must come and my wife makes him understand that if I did not call you is it that you had to call me to ask me for money she said she doesn't care, my wife has to pay. Otherwise we will leave the apartment immediately, a woman who is pregnant with a two-year-old child, we didn't say that we shouldn't pay but we called to ask to clean the room. immediately she sends someone to come and get the money but our needs in relation to cleaning the room she doesn't care We found condoms already opened in the apartment

Only one thing leaving

When you rent a room and the toilet seat is broken the couch rests are smashed the basin mixer is broken and there is no towel rail in the bathroom and you bring it to the attention of the property owner and they simply don’t care it’s all about money nothing about customer service. Avoid this organisation at all cost spend your money with owner that care about customers. I reached out multiple times to address the issue and no response. Pathetic group, I will never book with nilie ever again

Location

The kitchen wasn't equipped properly, there wasn't dish soap, and the air conditioning was very weak, especially in the summer. There wasn't a really usable wifi in the apartment.

Tragic

Location but no near place to stop to unload bags

This is the worst place in which I ever stayed. There was no cleaning before we acomodate .Hair, filth, bugs, dirty fridge ,dust, dirty bathroom, blood stains !!!! you name it. We stayed 4 night and nobody came to clean, change anything or take trash. I could took the trash but there was no bag in the bin. Air conditioner is just for ventilation, no cooling. There was no meaning to call the owner because this was no mistake. I read all other comments, but too late.

Η τοποθεσία

Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετικά απογοητευτική. Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση καθαριότητας. Από τη στιγμή που μπήκαμε, παρατηρήσαμε ότι το πάτωμα δεν είχε καθαριστεί καθόλου, υπήρχαν τρίχες παντού (και στο μπάνιο και στο υπνοδωμάτιο), οι επιφάνειες ήταν γεμάτες σκόνη και βρωμιά. Ο καναπές ήταν εμφανώς λερωμένος και σε κάποια σημεία υπήρχαν σημάδια που έμοιαζαν με πατημασιές, κάτι που ήταν ιδιαίτερα αντιαισθητικό και μη αποδεκτό για χώρο που υποτίθεται πως έχει καθαριστεί πριν από νέους επισκέπτες. Επίσης, αρκετά σημεία στον χώρο (πρίζες, πλακάκια, ράφια) ήταν χτυπημένα ή λεκιασμένα, δίνοντας μια συνολική αίσθηση εγκατάλειψης και έλλειψης φροντίδας. Το μόνο στοιχείο που φαινόταν καθαρό ήταν τα σεντόνια και το πάπλωμα, όμως δεν μπορώ να είμαι σίγουρος για την καθαριότητά τους λόγω της γενικότερης κατάστασης του διαμερίσματος. Λόγω όλων των παραπάνω, δεν μπορέσαμε να μείνουμε στο κατάλυμα και αναγκαστήκαμε να βρούμε άλλο χώρο την ίδια μέρα. Ήταν μια πολύ κακή εμπειρία και πραγματικά θα πρότεινα περισσότερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα και στην συντήρηση πριν δοθεί ξανά σε επισκέπτες.

Ήταν ικανοποιητική αλλά ήταν κάποιες λεπτομέρειες που δεν την έκαναν τέλεια .

Ήταν ωραία διαμορφωμένο και σαν design . Είχε παροχές και ήταν ευρύχωρο .

Ήταν λίγο σκονισμένα όταν μπήκαμε , υπήρχε μόνο 1 χαρτί τουαλέτας για 5 μέρες που θα μέναμε, η κουζίνα αν και χρήσιμη / άχρηστη ταυτόχρονα γιατί δεν είχε κανένα σκεύος και τα μαχαιροπήρουνα ήταν λειψά , όπως και τα πιάτα και τα ποτήρια. Επίσης είχε έναν τεράστιο λεκέ στην κουρτίνα πράγμα εντελώς αντιαισθητικό σε κάποιον που μόλις μπαίνει σε ένα δωμάτιο . Ταυτόχρονα το υλικό που έχουν διαλέξει (κάτι σαν τσιμεντοκονία) για να κάνουν χτιστό το υπνοδωμάτιο , είναι γδαρμένο και φαίνεται «βρώμικο» ενώ μπορεί να μην είναι και τόσο. Κάνα δυο κρεμάστρες θα μπορούσε να έχει ακόμα και ο νιπτήρας ήταν χαλασμένος.

Απογοήτευση

Έχουμε μείνει σε πολλά καταλύματα ,αλλά αυτό το χάλι δε το έχουμε ξαναζήσει ! Ενα πενταβρωμικο σπίτι, σεντόνια με λεκέδες , τοίχοι γεμάτοι μουτζούρες , τα ποτήρια λερωμένα με κραγιόν , ο καναπές αηδιαστικός, το μπάνιο μύριζε βόθρος, αλλά το κυριότερο είναι πως δεν είχαμε με τι να σκεπαστουμε το βράδυ, δεν υπάρχει τίποτα άλλο πέρα από ένα σεντόνι , ούτε πάπλωμα ,ούτε κουβέρτα , τίποτα , ευτυχώς είχαμε προβλέψει και είχαμε φέρει για το βρέφος μας κουβερτούλα!! Έλεγε στις πληροφορίες ότι έχει βραστήρα αλλά δεν υπήρχε πουθενά και στο μπάνιο το σαμπουάν και το αφρόλουτρο ήταν άδειο! Όπως επίσης ακριβώς κάτω απ το δωμάτιο είχε ένα μπαράκι και η μουσική ήταν λες και έπαιζε μέσα στο σπίτι !

Είναι άνετο ευρύχωρο.

1) Η καθαριότητα μέτρια 2) Το στρώμα θέλει αλλαγή είναι γεμάτο μάλλινα μπιλακια που τα αισθάνεσαι όταν κοιμάσαι. Απαίσιο. 3) Δεν είχε κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες μέσα στο μπάνιο, καθώς επίσης η θήκη για το σαμπουάν ήταν άδεια και δεν είχε δείγματα. Καθώς επίσης δεν υπήρχε σαπούνι για τα χέρια. 4) 70€ την βραδιά για αυτή την κατάσταση δυστυχώς όχι καλύτερα σε ξενοδοχείο με κάτι παραπάνω αλλά καλύτερη ποιότητα.

Disappointing

Εχω μείνει σε αρκετά καταλύματα της συγκεκριμένης εταιρίας και ενώ στα περισσότερα από αυτά έχω μείνει ευχαριστημένη, στα τελευταία δεν θα μπορούσα να πω το ίδιο. Μπήκα στο κατάλυμα και αντίκρισα στο σαλόνι ένα σκουπίδι και ένα εισιτήριο μετρό και τα μαξιλάρια του καναπέ όπως να ναι, που σημαίνει ότι δεν είχε πάει άνθρωπος να καθαρίσει σε αυτό τον χώρο. Γενικά από θέμα καθαριότητας το κατάλυμα δεν ήταν καθόλου καλά καθαρισμένο. Μπαίνοντας στο μπάνιο αντίκρυσα άλλο ένα σκουπίδι και το μπουκάλι με το σαπούνι για τα χέρια είχε μέσα νερό και όχι σαπούνι όπως φαίνεται και στην φωτογραφία, όπως επίσης και το σαπούνι για τα πιάτα ήταν ένα άδειο μπουκάλι! Τέλος το air condition ήταν ανοιχτό αλλά δεν δούλευε και αναγκαστήκαμε να κοιμηθούμε με ανοιχτό παράθυρο ενώ έξω είχε πάρα πολύ θόρυβο καθώς είναι σε μια περιοχή που έχει πολλά νυχτερινά μαγαζιά αλλά και πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικό δρόμο. Ευτυχώς είχαμε κλείσει να μείνουμε μόνο ένα βράδυ

Υπήρχαν κάποιες ελλείψεις στην κουζίνα , το καπάκι της λεκάνης ήταν σπασμένο καθώς και η μπάρα για το κρεμασμα της πετσέτας μπάνιου , οι τοίχοι ήταν εμφανώς γρατσουνισμένοι , τα μπράτσα του καναπέ είχαν γουβωσει και τα φίλτρα του ερκοντισιον δεν ήταν περιποιημένα

Blizu centra, ali čistoća...

Blizu centra grada (9 minuta pešaka do Aristotelovog trga). Smeštaj ima sve što će vam trebati.

Teško je naći parking na ulici. Možete potražiti garaže. Blizu je centra, pa možete očekivati muziku i graju i u kasne sate, ali to je nešto neminovno. U suprotnom, ako vam to ne odgovara, tražite smeštaj van centra grada. Čistoća... Kupatilo, podovi i peškiri nisu ni malo odavali osećaj čistoće. Baterija na tušu nije radila najbolje.

Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό ειδικά το μπάνιο. Δεν υπήρχαν βασικά πράγματα όπως ένα αφρόλουτρο για παράδειγμα και υπήρχαν κάποιες μικροβλάβες στο δωμάτιο.

Ottima posizione e un bel arredamento, per 2 era più che perfetto

L'assistenza in caso di problemi con l'appartamento in quanto la caldaia non ci funzionava dopo le istruzioni che ci avevano dato per accenderla. E quindi dopo numerose chiamate e massaggi non hanno minimamente provato ad aiutarci e a risolverci il problema e ci siamo dovuti lavare con l'acqua congelata.

Wi-Fi çok kötü, odalarda çekmiyordu. Mutfak eşyaları yetersiz, sadece tabak ve bardak var. 5 gün için tek tuvalet kağıdı verildi. Sonrasında getireceklerini iletip getirmediler.
