Rude receptionist
The receptionist was ignoring the request how we arrive from airport via bus to the property we call 5 times our native language is Greek because we are greeks we asked to talk with another person of reception because was so difficult for her to understand the request and and the receptionist took it personal that so unprofessional to get fight with customers and create drama without knows us personally and she cancel the rsv without information so i think the property because they own a hotel also to be more open mind and helpful with the guests without create problems

They didn't write us the password for the wifi in the arrival instructions and it wasn't written in the apartment. It's a problem to be there on Saturday because there is a light that turns on automatically when you enter the building.

Two stunning days in Thessaloniki.
The location of the property is quite close to the city center and historical palaces. I would also recommend this apartments to couples and families because of the their kitchen equipment and extra things for additional person. They prepare clean rooms for us. The administrative office replied my question fast and gave me all the necessary information before coming to facility.
I think that they should make an arrangement for the guest arriving with car. In the neighborhood there are some parking firm but daily price extremely high. If they have deal with those firms, people can benefit from lower prices.

The whole concept is great. The process was painless, directions and guidance were clear. The location is perfect. I even got to do my laundry - so next time I know I don't have to pack as much!

Cosy apartment in a decent location
The Caravan apartments was well located and walkable to the sights of Thessaloniki. The room was a bit small but good for the price. It had all amenities including a small kitchen.
I had a problem while getting in as the previous guests had not left the keys in the box. It was sorted out quickly in about 10 minutes.
The breakfast is at a sister hotel which is 5 minutes away. It was nice and worth the extra money. Overall my experience was good and I would recommend this apartment.

Nice location for night life, but not good for families
The Caravan Apartments are great if you are a single traveler or a couple coming there to have fun, because location is very good for night life. The check in is nice and easy, they send you a code to enter the building and then you take the keys from the locker, so no need to wait for anyone. After 15h which is official check in time you can enter any time you like which is great if you are coming later in the evening. The hosts are responsive, if you need anything or have some issues with the apartment they will try to help and solve it. They have nice hall with large sofa at the entrance of the building, so it is very convenient if you need to wait for taxi or someone.
The place is not good choice for families and people coming with the car that have a lot of luggage. The building is in one way street, most of the streets in Thessaloniki are one way, and you can not park or even just temporarily stop with the car to pull out the luggage anywhere close. There are paid garages close by, but be careful there might not be a free space even there. That was our case, so we ended up parking in the garage 2+ km away, took only necessary things for the baby and went on foot. Later in the evening my husband returned with the car to unload the rest of the luggage and even for that short time period he blocked the street because there is no other way. Other thing, all shampoo and soap bottles were empty when we came. We asked for a refill and they did bring us new bottles but if you are coming there just to spend a night and don't have time just don't bother, bring with you everything you need. I booked the apartment based on the images at Booking and in those images there was one desk and chair that could be used if you need to work remotely, but in the apartment we didn't have that. That was a huge issue for us, so we insisted they bring us a regular table and they did in the end after few "sorry, we can't". So that issue was solved also, but be aware that you might not get the apartment that you booked based on pictures. They claim they have "fully equipped" kitchen, but that is far from true. There are some cups and plates, but if you need to cook something, good luck. We found just one pan and one cooking pot that is so scratched that can not be used. I needed to prepare the meals for the baby so I bought a cooking pot in nearby Vicko, because when I asked them to bring me some additional pots they told me "Additionally, please check the kitchen drawers and cabinets as our kitchens are fully equipped with pots and pans.", which was very rude response and pissed me off so I ignored it.

Our apartment was great. It was brand new and has everything you need. Great modern design, comfortable beds great appliances and bathroom. The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value
The elevator was too small, could barely fit the 3 of us and our luggage but apart from that the place is awesome

Excellent! Comfortable and in the city centre.
The apartment is spacious and quite modern. The bed is comfortable as is the sofa. There is a smart TV so Netflix, YouTube, etc are available. A/C works very well and even has a night mode which is really quiet. Shower has a good size and decent water pressure. The B&B also lets you store your luggage.
Some stains on the sofa. There isn’t much cookware or cutlery. No outlets near the bed. The bed is a not as wide as a standard 2 person bed. You cannot close the shower so the bathroom gets a bit wet.

I found my Thessaloniki nest!
I loved the guys welcoming me at The Caravan BB - the apartment was nearby and I just walked to their reception to receive keys - even though I could do it from a lock-box myself. I got some fantastic tips for food and bars, I tried their fantastic breakfast (very cheap for this quality) and in general I wll come back for sure as I have business in the area often. I cant thank you enough guys!

Loved it!
Location is great, right in the center but in a quiet street away from the buzz! It is managed by the nearby Caravan B&B where we had stayed in the pase -which is lovely as well! In the hotel that is 1 minute walking we had the best breakfast at a great price and guys told us where to go, what to see, arranged a special rate for paking 3 mins away and overall I can't thank them enough! It is trully a great new project, approved!

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής! Δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο και καθαρό! Το check out ήταν στις 11 το πρωι! Ζήτησα να γίνει πιο αργά το check out λόγω του ότι έχουμε μωρο και θα καθυστερουσαμε περισσότερο! Οι άνθρωποι μας σεβάστηκαν και με το παραπάνω και μας εξυπηρέτησαν! Σε κεντρικό σημείο κοντά στα πάντα! Αν είστε τυχεροί μπορεί να βρείτε και πάρκινγκ πάνω στον δρόμο ή στα πάνω στενά! Διαφορετικά στην ίδια οδό υπάρχει και η επιλογή του πάρκινγκ επι πληρωμή!

Отсядаме за втори път в този апартамент. Отлично местоположение, чистота, комфорт. Лесно за намиране и настаняване. Близо до магазини, заведения и забележителности. Наблизо има платени паркинги - Alexandros- по-близко e, и Karavan Sarai . Има място, където може да си оставиш багажа преди настаняване- Caravan Cafe Brunch.
Липсваше ни единствено кафе машина и голямо огледало.

Das Apartment ist nett eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal ist immer erreichbar und die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt.
Wir hatten das Pech sehr laute Nachbarn zu haben, die man sehr gehört hat aufgrund der dünnen Wände. Die Lage ist zwar zentral aber in einer unschönen Ecke die unangenehm abends oder nachts ist.

Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία΄5 λεπτά από την ΠΛ.Αριστοτέλους.Το διαμέρισμα είναι λειτουργικό καθαρό και έχει όλες τις ανέσεις.Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού είναι πολύ άνετο.Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά.
Η ντουζιέρα , σε ενα σημείο, δεν εχει τζάμι με αποτέλεσμα να βγαίνουν τα νερά στο μπάνιο.

Gemütliches Apartment in optimaler Lage
Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Lage optimal.
Mit wenigen Kleinigkeiten könnte man den Aufenthalt noch optimieren:
Die Handtücher im Bad waren ergraut und fleckig und müssten dringend erneuert werden.
Zudem lässt sich die Duschkabine nicht schließen ( zur Hälfte offen), man setzt zwangsläufig beim duschen das Bad unter Wasser.
Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, es gab
weder Spül- noch Trockentücher und wenigstens ein Kehrblech wäre von Vorteil.
Das Türschloss am Haupteingang hakt und es erfordert einiges an Geduld, die Tür auf zu bekommen.
Trotz dieser Mängel haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dort wieder übernachten.
Δεν υπαρχει καθόλου εξοπλισμός στην κουζίνα. Δεν βρήκαμε μπρικι, και άλλα σκευη οπως κατσαρόλες, τηγάνια κλπ Επισης το παπλωμα ηταν ισα ισα, οσο το κρεβάτι και δεν υπηρχε μια δευτερη κουβερτούλα, τύπου φλις για παράδειγμα. Επισης δεν μου αρεσε η αυξημενη τιμη που ζητησαν γιατι συνεπεσαν οι ημερες διαμονής μας με την Αγροτικα.
