The location is great and right in the centre. But not so much "Luxury" like the name is promising.

The location is great and right in the centre. The atmosphere of the place in the slightly spooky building gives a certain touch.

Two bedrooms are great, but they both have no windows. Why these walls - keep it open and airy.

Arrêtez d’encaisser et de rien investir

L’appartement est spacieux et pas très loin du centre-ville. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement.

L’appartement n’est pas très propre. Une fenêtre ne se ferme pas. Pas de volets. Les prises électriques ne tiennent pas correctement. La télécommande de la télé ne fonctionne pas et surtout un demi rouleau de papier wc, pareil pour le gel douche c’est ridicule.

Wie in einem Gefängnis, Misere, Betrug, Eckel und Schmutz

Gar nichts. Ich hatte noch nie so eine schlechte Erfahrung auf Booking. Die Wohnung ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand, extrem schmutzig, es war nicht zumutbar dort zu übernachten. Gefängnis ist die beste Beschreibung für diese Unterkunft!!! Wir sind sofort weggegangen.

Wenn Sie auch nur eine einzige Bewertung lesen, dann hoffe ich wirklich sehr, dass es diese ist. Der Besitzer mag schreiben, dass wir betrügen würden, aber wir sind selbst dem Apartment zum Opfer gefallen. Das war mit Abstand das widerlichste Apartment, das wir jemals betreten haben. Schon beim Ankommen dachten wir, wir hätten uns verirrt – das Gebäude sieht aus wie ein verlassenes, zerstörtes Gebäude mitten in einer trostlosen Gegend. Gruselig, heruntergekommen, absolut nicht einladend. Aufgebrochener Touristenkoffer, direkt vor der Tür!!!!!! Gruselig! Im Zimmer dann der Schock: Das Apartment ist deutlich kleiner als angegeben, die Zimmer haben Keine Fenster! Absolut kein Tageslicht – man fühlt sich eingesperrt wie in einer Zelle. Und als wäre das nicht schon schlimm genug, lagen auf dem Bett Haare! Nicht ein, zwei, sondern überall. Ekel pur. Im Badezimmer ging's gleich weiter: Auch dort überall Haare – am Schrank, auf dem Boden, einfach überall. Die Sauberkeit war sehr bemängelnswert. Weiter ging’s zum Wohnzimmer, wo der Kühlschrank unterhalb eine Wasserlacke hatte. Der rinnt raus. Diese unhygienische reicht nicht, man kann sich nicht mal auf die Couch setzen, weil es voll mit weißen Flecken beschmutzt ist. Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand, was nicht nur erschreckend, sondern auch gefährlich ist. Wir haben uns absolut unwohl gefühlt und sind nach 5 Minuten sofort wieder abgereist. Kein Geld retour! Fotos auf Booking völlig irreführend – hier wird etwas ganz anderes gezeigt als das, was einen erwartet. Ich kann nur jedem dringend abraten, dieses Apartment zu buchen. Schade um das Geld und noch schlimmer: um die Nerven. Wir haben versucht das Apartment zu stornieren, nur musste der Besitzer dem Zustimmen, was natürlich nicht passiert ist. Das ist eine große Lücke und eindeutig von Booking vermeidbar! Es kann nicht sein, dass ein Betrüger mein Geld bekommt, wobei die Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht mit LUXUS, sondern mit eine Misere zu tun hat.

Velik apartma, polno opremljena kuhinja, kopalnica. Zdi se da je na novo prenovljen. Cena v redu za kar dobiš. Pred stavbo bar s top zajtrkom za 25€ (Behind the walls)

- izredno trd povšter (ne moreš normalno spati, naslednji dan sva imela pa planirano 13h dolgo pot) - električna omarica in prezračevnik sta zelo glasna - klima samo v glavnem prostoru, slabo doseže spalnico, zato moraš imeti vrata odprta in posledišno slišiš ves hrup - grozna stavba, težko razumem besedo LUXURY v poimenovanju nastavitve

Un DEZASTRU

Un DEZASTRU Peretii murdari. Prosoapele extrem de murdare ( nu erau albe, erau gri efectiv ) .Termopanul era stricat, nu se inchidea cum trebuie geamul si din cauza asta am auzit toata noaptea zgomotele de pe bulevard. Nu am putut sa dorm deloc din cauza acestui aspect, Inclusiv soneria apartamentului scotea un zgomot foarte ciudat si puternic ( a trebuit sa opresc tot curentul din apartament din cauza asta) . Are 2 dormitoare dar nu scrie nicaieri in descriere ca un dormitor nu are nici un geam ( parca este o inchisoare ) si altul are cred ca 5 sau 6 metri patrati ( nu am vazut niciodata o camera atat de mica. Mai mult din suprafata apartamentului era reprezentata de HOL ( total inutil ).

Alleen de inrichting was krakkemikkig. Bijvoorbeeld de keukenkastjes sluiten scheef. Het vervelendst is geen schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. Alles voelt niet schoon...

Апартаменът е мрачен и се намира в сграда, която лесно можеш да сбъркаш с необитаема. В раздел "удобства" пише, че има балкон, но няма! Мирише на застояло. Едната спалня има две малки прозорчета почти на тавана, а другата изобщо няма прозорци. В едната спалня леглото е сложено така, че едва минаваш между него и стената, за да легнеш. Душ слушалката е счупена и пръска вода навсякъде. Бойлерът беше изключен и когато пристигнахме нямаше топла вода. Ютия има, но не може да се ползва, защото кабелът е изключително къс. Спалното бельо не мирише на чисто и прано. Думата "Luxury" в наименованието на мястото, няма никакво място там!

Единствено,че паркирахме зад сградата! Нищо друго!

Сградата не мисля че е жилищна, а по скоро стара административна сграда преправена в апартаменти. Всичко е един коридор с малко оширение в края, където висят едни опърпани пердета, диван с подобие на холна маса и сгъваема маса с един стол. Прозорец гледаш към друга полуизоставена сграда, който е без комарник, оттам може да се сетите какво става. В описанието пише, че има балкон, но уви ТАКЪВ НЯМА! Иначе има пералня, но няма балкон, сушилник....нищо. Спалнята е едно скърцащо легло което е заело цялото помещение от 8 кв.м. и ако лягаш к ставаш се търкаш по стената. Дори няма гардероб, а някаква етажерка на която почти нищо не можеш да сложиш. Другото изградено помещение е още по малко събрало две малки легла с пътека между тях, тъмна , без прозорци и задушна. Дори животно не става да се гледа там. В банята душа пръска вода във 10 посоки. Топла вода нямаше. Когато излизахме, случайно забелязах в електронното табло лепенки с надпис топла вода - указващи, че трябва да вдигнеш единият бушон, за да тръгне бойлера. Уви вече бяхме се изкъпали със студена вода. Указания за това собственика не дава, нито е описано в удобствата на помещението. Вероятно се надява да ползвате студената вода?! Като цяло това място трябва да бъде много по-евтино и В НИКАКЪВ СЛУЧАЙ ДА НЕ ПРИСЪСТВА ДУМАТА ЛУКСОЗЕН!!!
